The Taproom.Twelve taps in an Amish-built barn.
Pull up a stool at the raw-edged bar, take a tabletop, or play shuffleboard with a cold glass of cider. From the taproom you can watch the production floor where every one of our ciders is made.

More than cider.
New York State wine by the glass, our own apple vodka, and signature cocktails like the Cider Sangria. The Bottle Shop inside the taproom has six-packs of our cider, Pennings Vodka and plenty of Pennings logo-wear.
In fall the counter fills with the season's most craved snacks to eat here or take home: apple cider donuts, pies, sweet cider and kettle corn.

A Marsal brick oven, a naked flame and a thin, charred, airy crust. Dough, red sauce and pesto are made here on the farm.
